1) Restoration: our in-house workshop offers expert advice, with the highest degree of expertise. The repair work can be diverse, such as flood damage, chewing by dogs, stain removal, fire damage and general wear and tear. Most restorations are carried out in our workshops in Romsey / London. Sometimes major work is required where we send it to our workshop in Istanbul or Tehran.

2) Cleaning: Before commencing any cleaning, we first carefully examine and assess the appropriate procedure. Dye stability tests are done, and then hand-cleaning methods will be used to clean the carpet to bring it back to its glory.

3) Home-Approval: Expert advice on the suitability and regional variations of patter of the carpets. Home approval (at no extra charge) to ensure a harmonious balance of pattern and colour within the home.

4) Valuation: Verbal valuation can be done free of charge, but written valuation with a certificate will be charged.
